She is a true professional and extremely good at her job. We couldn’t have been happier! Eva Jackson, her transaction coordinator, however, was not very helpful. Multiple times interactions with her were extremely frustrating and I ended up having to go straight to Alicia to get my questions answered instead of Eva. But regardless of my interactions with Eva, Alicia was so great that I would still go to her again.
